The Stem Cell and Gene Therapy Clinical Trial Office (SCGT) provides comprehensive project support and clinical trial management resources to Stanford Investigators specializing in cellular and gene therapies. The Clinical Trial Program seeks a Clinical Trial Assistant (ACRC) to perform administrative support duties related to the operations of Cell and Gene Therapy clinicaltrials.Thispositionreports totheClinicalTrialOperationsManagerand willsupportthestaffandactivitiesoftrialsand projects operated through the SCGT.

Duties include:

· Scheduleand/orcallsubjectsforappointments;contactparticipantswithremindersorotherrequirements.

· Prepare,distribute,andprocessquestionnaires.

· Performclericaldutiesinthepreparationofregulatorydocuments.Maintainallformsanddocuments,includingconsent forms and master subject logs. File all appropriate correspondence.

· Assistwiththescreening,recruiting,andobtainingconsentofstudyparticipants.Reviewmedicalrecordsand/orperform telephone or in-person interviews to gather data, as needed.

· Administer standard study questionnaires and tests, score test measurements and questionnaires, and code data for computerentry.Performquantitativereviewofforms,tests,andothermeasurementsforcompletenessandaccuracy.

· Extractdatafromsourcedocumentsforresearchstudiesasdirected.Collectdataandcompletecasereportforms.

· Performbasicmeasurementsandtestsonpatientsaccordingtoprotocol,suchasobtainingvitalsignsandperforming phlebotomy and EKG, after appropriate training/certification. Collect study specimens according to protocol.

· Prepare,process,andshipspecimens/samplesaccuratelyunderwell-definedrequirements.

· Orderandmaintainequipmentandsupplies.

· Processstudycompensationpaymentsandthankyouletterstosubjectsuponcompletionoftrialactivities.Assistwith post-study activities, as needed.

· Candidateisexpectedtobeonsiteatleast4daysper week. Someremoteworkmaybepermitteddependingonstudyactivities.

The pay offered to a selected candidate will be determined based on factors such as (but not limited to) the scope and responsibilities of the position, the qualifications of the selected candidate, departmental budget availability, internal equity, geographic location, and external market pay for comparable jobs. The pay range for this position working in the California Bay area is $25.48 to $31.25.

Twoyearcollegedegreeandoneyearofrelevantexperienceoranequivalentcombinationofexperience,education,andtraining.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS*:
